Counsel to Counsel is a first-of-its-kind mentoring program designed to pair new lawyers with those who are more established in their careers. The technology-based program, administered through the MentorcliQ app, expertly matches lawyers based on their profiles.
Mentees build a network of colleagues and gain knowledge of different areas of the profession. How will I be matched with a mentor? You can select up to three potential mentors via the MentorcliQ app based on your profile, relationship preferences, and personality test results.
GOALS OF THE MENTOR - MENTEE RELATIONSHIP. The primary functions of the BLS Mentorship Programs are to promote involvement in the BLS and to provide meaningful insight into the various practice areas of business law in Florida.
