Mentor and Volunteer Opportunities. Florida Mentoring Partnership Initiative. Under the Florida Mentoring Partnership program, state employees are encouraged to help young Floridians excel in school and life by becoming a mentor to a student in need.
Mentorship requirements can be used for: Training. Remediation. Onboarding . QO Mentorship Requirements & Tasks. QO’s must address Mentoring Program requirements. Mentees must shadow mentors AND participate in the following activities: A minimum of five support plan meetings.
Department of Management Services team members are encouraged to volunteer as mentors in local schools and in conjunction with other local youth organizations. Team members are allowed up to five hours of administrative leave each month to mentor.
