No matter where you are in your business having a mentor will only supercharge your business and help you navigate through the travel and tourism industry. Working 1-on-1 with a mentor can provide insight and resources to help you improve both your personal and professional life.
The virtual mentoring program runs for six months, and is conducted and taught by Melissa Russo along with a team of experienced advisors whose singular objective is to deliver a comprehensive, practical, actionable understanding of the travel industry.
As a mentor, your role is to guide new agents through this vibrant landscape. Show them how to navigate systems, cultivate relationships, and develop that all-important eye for detail that makes a travel agent truly successful.

19 Μαΐ 2022 · Agents enrolled will work regularly with a Travel Allies Society member through one-on-one and group sessions. Mentees will also be provided with resources to help them learn and grow.
