NRPA supports efforts to expand additional mentoring opportunities through parks and recreation by providing training, guidance, resources and professional development opportunities to the field to advance an agency and community-wide “mentoring mindset.”
The Hispanic Professionals in Parks and Recreation (HPPR) program provides professional development opportunities through creating a one-on-one mentoring environment.
