The MentorFSU Program provides you with the opportunity to connect with Mentors to learn from, ask career related questions, and build your professional network. Mentors are Alumni and friends of the University who are volunteering their time to share their career journey, advice and expertise with you.
MentorFSU is our entirely virtual mentoring network. Once the mentee and mentor profiles are fully completed, the MentorFSU program recommends potential mentor matches to registered student mentees by aligning career interests and academic experiences.
The FSU Career Center sponsored MentorFSU program offers students the chance to reach out to professionals throughout the community, country, and world and learn more about their field’s industry demands, career expectations, job outlook, and employment opportunities.
The mission of the FSU research mentor academy is to promote a culture of support for research mentoring and to provide training in optimizing mentoring relationships for mentors with their mentees at all levels of their research careers.
The FLORIDA-FIRST BRIGADE leadership team as well as our internal and external mentors have significant and successful experience mentoring diverse faculty. We have developed a large cadre of potential mentors to ensure the best matching process.
