The Merck Patient Assistance Program provides certain medicines and adult vaccines free of charge to eligible individuals who do not have insurance or whose insurance does not cover their prescription Merck products.
You can check the balance of your OTC Allowance benefit by calling the number on the back of your Humana Spending Account Card: 855-396-0691 (TTY: 711), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Find participating retailers near you.
If you included a cell phone number on your enrollment form, the Merck PAP pharmacy will send you a text letting you know your medication has shipped and providing you a tracking number to help estimate delivery.
