11 Οκτ 2024 · Mercy Care Advantage (HMO SNP) is a health maintenance organization special needs plan (HMO SNP). We contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to provide services to people who qualify for Medicare and Medicaid coverage.
13 Δεκ 2023 · This is short for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Complete Care Regional Behavioral Health Agreement. This plan provides physical and behavioral health care coverage (general mental health and substance use concerns) for AHCCCS members.
AHCCCS members may enroll in any health plan that serves their county. All AHCCCS health plans provide the same covered medical services. Before choosing a health plan, check with your doctor, pharmacy, or hospital to see if they are contracted with the health plan of your choice.

Mercy Care is a not-for-profit health plan serving Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) members. This plan, in particular, uses ACN’s Care Coordination team to serve as the member’s liaison between providers for truly integrated care.
AI/AN members can switch their enrollment between AHCCCS AIHP and an AHCCCS managed health care plan and back again at any time. However, a member can change from one managed health care plan to another (for example, Mercy Care Plan to Maricopa Health Plan) only once a year.
