Here is my model of a Messerschmitt Me-262A-1/U4 in 1/48 scale by Dragon. I feel that a tribute to this manufacturer is due. Trimaster/Dragon is the name that introduced “super-models” in this hobby in the late 1980’s.

Revell have maximised the use of their moulds by sharing most parts with their single-seater Messerschmitt Me 262A-1a kit. The fuselage is converted to either the two-seat or single-seat version by a choice of upper fuselage fillets. Only a few areas require attention.
30 Ιαν 2022 · I found a resin one-piece nose to convert a Hasegawa Me-262A into an Me-262A-1a/U4. Made by High Flight, HF7202. it;s a solid resin nose with the correct nose wheel bay and no cannon cannon ports or case slots . Don't see why it couldn't be used with a Revell or Airfix kit.

This is the 1/48 scale DML Messerschmitt Me 262A-1a/U4 "Bomber Destroyer" built to represent Werknummer 170083, one of the two airframes test-fitted with the big Mauser Mk 214A V3 cannon at the Messerschmitt test airfield in Lager-Lechfeld in March and April of 1945.
