Warning: Activation of the Methane Gas Alarm indicates the presence of an explosive gas which can cause an explosion and/or fire. When the unit senses natural gas, the display will emit a loud alarm pattern and the Red LED light will illuminate. The alarm pattern is a 1/2 second beep followed by a 1/2 second of silence then repeating.
The SENSIT® HXG-3 is designed to detect combustible gases. All SENSIT® HXG-3 instruments incorporate an advanced low power semiconductor sensor to measure combustible gases in LEL (Lower Explosive Limit) range. LEL resolution can be factory set between 0.1% and 2%. The ppm display is simultaneously shown in 1 or 10ppm increments (resolution).
The Methane alarms are set as follows: low alarm = 1%vol and high alarm =1.4%vol With approved Lithium-ion battery packs (see Ventis MX4 Accessories and Parts in this manual). Recommended Practices
continuous monitoring of combustible hydrocarbon gas concentrations in the range of 0 to 5 LFL-meters, over a distance of 5 to 120 meters. Standard system outputs include an electrically isolated/non-isolated 4-20 mA dc current output, with HART communication and RS-485 MODBUS communication. Alarm and fault relays are available as an option.
Introduction. The operator’s manual provides basic information to operate the GasAlertMax XT II gas detector. For complete operating instructions, refer to the GasAlertMax XT II Technical Reference Guide provided on the CD-ROM.
The MetCam is an explosion-proof gas camera that continuously monitors large areas for hazardous methane leaks and fugitive emissions. The device automatically quantifies the source and intensity of the leak using advanced algorithms and transmits alarms via analog 4–20mA/HART or RS485 Modbus.
18 Ιουλ 2019 · programmable alarm relay outputs and one fault relay output can be factory installed with the standard version. All relays are sealed and provide form C (NO/NC) contacts. The high and low alarm relay settings are programmable and can be set for latching or non-latching operation. The low alarm cannot be set above the high alarm threshold.
