Audible and visual alarms warn the operator of hazardous conditions being sensed. The preset alarms are indicated by a red flashing LED, display indicator and alarm sound. The combustible gas alarm is preset at 10% LEL methane. The carbon monoxide (CO) alarm is factory preset at 50ppm. The oxygen (O2) alarm is preset at 19.5% and above 22.5%.

The combustible gas alarm is preset from 50% LEL (2.5% methane or 1.1% propane) to 17% methane (12% propane). The carbon monoxide (CO) alarm is factory preset at 35ppm.
Alarm Setting. Short press “ ” once to turn on/off alarm. The sequence is: Alarm 1 ON - Alarm 2 ON - Alarm 1 OFF - -Alarm 2 OFF (Circulation). Short press “ ” once to check alarm 1 ( There are “ ” icon appear on the screen). In the Alarm 1 mode, Press and hold“ ” for 3 seconds to enter setting mode.
Warning: Activation of the Methane Gas Alarm indicates the presence of an explosive gas which can cause an explosion and/or fire. When the unit senses natural gas, the display will emit a loud alarm pattern and the Red LED light will illuminate. The alarm pattern is a 1/2 second beep followed by a 1/2 second of silence then repeating.
Open the clock battery compartment cover, insert 2 x AAA batteries, ensure correct battery polarities [ "+" and "–" ] and connect the DC adapter to power the clock. The screen will light up, and the device will make a beeping sound. The clock will start to detect indoor temperature.
