14 Απρ 2023 · Per the label for the FDA-approved product Felimazole for cats, the dose for methimazole starts at 2.5 milligrams per cat every 12 hours. The dose is then titrated/adjusted depending on recheck lab work after three weeks. The dose should only be adjusted in 2.5-milligram increments.
