The dose differs according to indication and also plays a role in teratology.

  7. Results. Two hundred and eleven women (mean age 33 ± 1.8 years) with PUL were enrolled in the study, with an overall success rate of 89.1 %. Single- and double-dose MTX protocols were found to have comparable treatment success rates (93 % and 95 %, respectively).
