If you are new to MetroAccess, or haven't used the web booking service recently, please click on the Enrollment link to establish access for this service. You will need to provide your MetroAccess ID, date of birth, and a valid email address so you can receive a unique link to complete the Enrollment process and set up your password.
To determine if a customer is eligible to use MetroAccess, an application must be completed and certified by a health care professional. You can obtain an application by: downloading online MetroAccess application .
To apply for this service you and your healthcare provider must complete this application. Please read and follow the instructions on Page 2. Take the entire application to a healthcare provider holding active licensure or credentials in the area of your disability to complete Part B.
MetroAccess – Door to door, shared ride paratransit service for people with disabilities who are unable to use regular accessible bus and rail public transportation. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) outlines specific criteria to determine eligibility for paratransit service. An in-person assessment is required.
17 Φεβ 2022 · MetroAccess is a shared, door-to-door, paratransit service for people whose disability prevents them from using the regular Metrobus or Metrorail. Rides are offered in the same service areas and during the same hours of operation as Metrorail and Metrobus.
