I would never buy an M/I home. I consider them by far the worst of the big builders in the area Source: 20+ years as a vendor to all the big home builders in the area, including M/I.

We would strongly suggest that you do not purchase a home from MI. There are better builders for your money. The quality of their homes are poor, they do not stand by their work, hire unqualified , non-trained subcontractors and do not make the necessary repairs post close.
