14 Νοε 2006 · I go to the Start Menu in Windows, Click Run and type msaccess /safe and the toolbar came back. The better way is in VB Code, type this command in the the immediate window CommandBars(3).Enabled = true and that will bring back the menu tool bar in Access.

11 Ιαν 2016 · The icons are not showing properly due to some of the missing files & folders or due to the corrupted system files in the PC. I suggest you to run SFC scan and DISM scan on your PC by following the steps below and check if the issue is resolved.
