24 Σεπ 2023 · I have experienced this issue on both wireless and wired connections across multiple devices including laptops and desktop PCs for both Windows 10, and 11. This issue happens for sign-in prompts on Microsoft Office apps (word, publisher etc.), and on the Minecraft launcher.
