8 Μαρ 2024 · I've got an acer laptop from the Windows Vista era that contains a license for Windows Vista Home Basic. However it seems like the product key on the license is only gonna work with an Acer OEM version of Vista.
4 Δεκ 2010 · The laptop is running Vista Home Premium, and it has a home premium OEM product key sticker on the bottom. If the recovery partition installs XP and asks me for an XP product key, I'm SOL. I do have an OEM copy of Vista, but that is for a Gateway 4200DX.
