Try to check if new profile got created, if so switch to the old profile and check if it helps: Click on Start< Control panel< Mail< Show profiles< Check how many profile are there. Try to open outlook in both the profiles and check if you are able to view your data.

21 Απρ 2016 · I checked, and it is set up correctly to default to Microsoft Outlook. Digging further, I realized that the Email icon is nowhere to be found in the main Control Panel (again, this is Windows 10). I've found a similar problem in the "community", but with other versions of Windows.
