21 Μαρ 2021 · Microsoft Rewards Complaints. Even though this is Microsoft, their Rewards program is not perfect. Here are a few complaints people have about it: Points fluctuate while searching. For whatever reason, sometimes while searching your point total will go up and down. I actually experienced this myself.

30 Νοε 2023 · I was doing my daily searches on my computer. I finished 30 searches, which means I should have 150 points. When I checked, I only got 35. I also discovered that Microsoft removed the Edge reward points. On my rewards page, there's no circle for edge. And on my phone, it says 0/0 for Edge.
Using Edge on your laptop gives you 20 extra points for searches, so if you want those 20 extra points per day, use Edge. There's also a daily set of tasks that you need to do and if you keep going, you can increase the amount of points you earn (ex: 3 day streak = 45 extra points, 5 day streak = 75 extra points, 7 day streak = 105 extra points).
