Yes, for the Spartan IIIs, Alpha Company and Beta Company are almost all gone. Some members are still alive, many of them were pulled (think most of Noble Team in Halo Reach). So for combat Spartan IIs, confirmed to be alive at this point: Blue Team (4) Gray Team (3) Red Team (3) Omega Team (Up to 6, at least 3 are alive)
