For next year, we are considering a couple of houses through Midgett realty--has anyone stayed with them? Midgett's houses are more pricey than the Hatteras Realty ones, but I'm willing to pay if they are cleaner, and kept up better.
Midgett Realty - Experiences. 5 years ago. We've had an awful experience with this company. Rental issues, mold, dirt, filth, attitude, poor customer service.. etc. Anyone else experience anything like this? After searching for some reviews across the internet, I've found very similar issue that other patrons have had.

We love Hatteras and want to make this an annual trip. But we are concerned about the condition of the houses we've rented.
