This is a simple mount for military or other swords. Measure sword and/or sheath for exact dimensions. Keeping in mind the space and distance you want on either end and above and below for name plate or other decorations. I used poplar because or fewer knots and I like the wood grain.

24 Μαρ 2013 · I have been asked to build a sword case for my sister's husband that passed away that was a Naval Officer. I have looked all over the internet for plans for a case but haven't been able to find one. I have found hundreds of photos of cases to buy, but no plans.
16 Αυγ 2019 · Sword display case. I had a request to make a shadow box to display a sword. At first I thought this would be a simple task, but the more I thought about the project, the less sure I was. The difficult part for me was figuring out how to display the sword in a way that was personal. The owner of the sword received it after his brother passed away.
