Slayer reward points are rewarded after every completed Slayer task, from every Slayer Master except Turael and Spria. The higher level the Slayer Master, the more points are received. Additionally, bonus points are awarded after every 10th, 50th, 100th, 250th, and 1,000th completed task.

When you get to 50 tasks done, you get a bonus amount of points. If you go to another slayer master, your wilderness slayer progress is still saved so you're good if you feel like switching it up. It does not reset if you switch slayer masters, it resets when you skip a task.
The slayer master Mazchna in Canifis has a level 20 requirement and gives 2 pts/task, 5 pts/10th task, 15 pts/50th.
The mind rune is used for the strike spells including Wind Strike, Water Strike, Earth Strike, and Fire Strike, as well as the Magic Dart spell. Mind runes are craftable at level 2 Runecraft with either rune or pure essence.

For example, use Turael for super 9 quick tasks and then finish the 10th task (for the boost) with a high-level Slayer Master. He can also be used to overwrite ANY task you have from another Slayer master. Keep in mind that when using Turael, he will ruin your point streak.
The only better task streak bonus is 1000, which is not worth the extra time when all that's important in the moment is those Smoke Devil and eventually Hydra tasks.
