Threads and Silks is designed to be an immersive clothing mod for Minecraft! It adds a number of textiles, including burlap (made from wheat), wool fabric (made from wool blocks), and silk (made from string).

28 Μαρ 2015 · Create a new MultiMC instance of Alpha 1.2.6 or Beta 1.7.3 and just add the respective zip as a JAR mod from the Edit Instance window. Note that this won't work in the vanilla launcher due to tweaks they apparently try to apply to the game at startup.
