Slime is easy to find. Play on easy or above. Dig down to y=8. create a tunnel that is 4x4x100 (100 is the minimum, the longer the better). (y=8 to y=12) throw lights down at 4 block intervals....
Chunkbase slime finder appears bugged on TU12. If you select Xbox version, I'm pretty sure it gives you the wrong chunks. I spent a day opening up a 1x2 slime chunk, and never had a single slime show up. Verified the chunks in a different app, and It got COMPLETELY different results.
1 Δεκ 2021 · How to use a Minecraft Slime Chunk finder. If you want to find Slimes quickly, you can use something called a slime chunk finder. Slimes spawn in certain chunks (16x16 areas) of the map, which you can use to set up a slime farm. To easily find a slime chunk in your seed, you can use Chunkbase.
You can’t use avomance’s farm for this though, use this farm: https://youtu.be/NBTN_oniHMo. You may want to test out the design in a creative world to see if it works with slime spawn eggs. I have spent most of the last two weeks trying to find slime in my survival world.
