13 Νοε 2022 · To save your time which involves in downloading the CD/ISO file and following installation steps (by the way, the installation time takes more than the Windows 10), here is the pre-installed VirtualBox image of Windows 98 SE. It is just a 64MB zipped file; you can easily download, import and use it on Oracle VirtualBox.
the easiest would be to find a USB adapter for the old style EIDE hard disk which are available at fleabay. then you can copy files at your leisure. back with windows 98 my desktop machine had USB. My old Thinkpad did not have much at all but the PCMCIA card was leveraged with USB eventually.
