If you’re playing a light based deck, use honest to beat over it. If you’re playing lair of darkness you can tribute it for cost to resolve a virus trap. Kaiju it is the most effective method. Dimensional barrier can negate its effects and prevent it from even being summoned.
If you don't play the game and watch the anime, mirror force is definitely a trap for simple monster battle. Trap hole and mirror force should be the goat of trap.
