HRS provides housing operations for all MIT graduate and undergraduate residential facilities, including housing assignments, repair and maintenance, communications, summer conference housing, and residential security.

Graduate & Family Housing. MIT's graduate residence halls, located within a short walk of campus, are likewise shaped by their residents to be vibrant, collaborative places that meet the distinct needs of graduate students and families. We have a variety of options available for both single students and students with families.
