The most reliable way I beat Kronika is incredibly defensively. Hit once or twice, down crouch until you see a safe opening again. Repeat until you win. Its not a pleasant experience but once you kill her a couple times the fight stops being so irritating

To be honest, I find Kronika one of the easier mk bosses. I feel Mortal Kombat X’s Shao Kahn was way more difficult and I still have nightmares about Kintaro on my PSP.
