QUALIFYING FOR THE LICENSE To qualify for a Minnesota real estate salesperson license, you must be at least 18 years old and must: ☐ Complete required prelicense education courses ☐ Pass the salesperson's examination ☐ Become associated with a licensed real estate broker (who must submit the application for your license)
