UPDATE: For anyone wondering, I ended up getting a "Used - Acceptable" Monitor from Warehouse Deals. Came promptly and well packaged (although not in the original box), and so far, so good. Monitor works great and looks brand new.
Now, should Canada Computers take the risk of losing $280 in order to keep a customer happy and just exchange your monitor out of stock? Maybe. Amazon does it, which is why I usually tell people that if you're buying a monitor, buy it from Amazon.
