Moodle is open source under the GPL licence. Everything we produce is available for you to download and use for free. Check out our latest release: Moodle 4.5+.
14 Ιαν 2013 · Moodle 2.4.1, 2.3.4, 2.2.7 and 2.1.10 are available via the usual open download channels (http://download.moodle.org or Git). In addition to a number of bug fixes and small improvements, security vulnerabilities have been discovered and fixed.
These packages contain Moodle plus all the other software needed to make it run on Windows: Apache, MySQL and PHP. They are built using XAMPP . See the documentation Complete install packages for Windows for details.
