The #14M has the standard Curved Shoulder Pad that provides a stable, repeatable position on the shooter's shoulder. The new Mega Butt Plate measures 2 inches wide by 5 1/2 inches long, has straight sides, and is meant to be trimmed to match the stock by the installer.

5 Ιουλ 2019 · The shoulder "pad" (and I use that term very loosely here) is solid, shiny, beautiful diecast aluminum. It's clearly a very early model--possibly made for small bore precision rifle shooting. I contacted Dave Brush, the current owner of Morgan Recoil.

All Morgan pads have the same amount of adjustment: rise is 5/8", drop is 3/4" and the pad adds 1-1/4" of length to the stock. The included aluminum buttplate comes predrilled and must be trimmed to fit an individual stock. Includes instructions.
