The #14M has the standard Curved Shoulder Pad that provides a stable, repeatable position on the shooter's shoulder. The new Mega Butt Plate measures 2 inches wide by 5 1/2 inches long, has straight sides, and is meant to be trimmed to match the stock by the installer.

The #15 has the standard Straight (flat) shoulder pad that provides a comfortable surface on the shooter's shoulder. It uses a Butt Plate that measures 1 7/8 inches wide by 5 3/32 inches long, and is meant to be trimmed to match the stock by the installer.
All Morgan pads have the same amount of adjustment: rise is 5/8", drop is 3/4" and the pad adds 1-1/4" of length to the stock. The included aluminum buttplate comes predrilled and must be trimmed to fit an individual stock. Includes instructions.
