The 1-5 globe rating assesses how well companies in a portfolio manage ESG risk relative to their peers. A 1-globe rating represents high ESG risk; a 5-globe rating represents low ESG risk.
The ratings range from 1 to 5 (1 being the worst and 5 being the best) and are based on the differences in the monthly returns of a fund, in comparison to its peers.
