Probate Courts exist to determine the validity of wills, enforce the provisions of valid wills, prevent malfeasance by executors and administrators of estates, and to provide for an equitable distribution of the assets of persons who die intestate (without a valid will).

The Morrow County Probate Court hears cases involving disputes over wills, the administration of estates and trusts, and matters involving guardianship and mental health issues.
Although these forms are provided by the Supreme Court of Ohio, they should be filed in the local county court. Please note that the local court may have additional forms that must be filed. Find your local court.
