19 Δεκ 2021 · Combined gearing ratio = primary drive ratio x gearbox ratio x final drive ratio. You can use the combined motorcycle gearing ratio to see how much it gears down engine speed to final drive speed (in revolutions / min).
Metric: Km/h and mm. Motorcycle speed and sprocket calculator with bike database for gearing, sprockets, tires and chains of over 1900 bikes. Request yours to be added as well.
This program calculates the gear ratios of a motorcycle. The primary drive ratio and overall ratios for each gear are all calculated. Just enter the data in the white boxes below, then click the "Calculate" Button.
Enter gear ratios, primary ratio, sprocket sizes and tire diameter, then drag RPM slider to calculate speed from RPM. Drag Max RPM slider to adjust the range of the RPM and Speedometer Gauges.
Calculate rpm for a given speed in top gear. We have included this amazing tool to help you calculate the gear ratios on your motorcycle, RPM Vs. Speed. Contact us with any questions you may have.
Ratios can easily be calculated using the following formula: Rear Sprocket Tooth Count ÷ Front Sprocket Tooth Count. Going back to the pictured example above, the ratio can be written like this: 2.00. Similarly, a 3:1, or 3.00 ratio, means 3 drive sprocket rotations for every single driven sprocket rotation.
7 Μαρ 2022 · Gear ratio equation – calculate your gear ratio easily To calculate the gear ratio, divide the number of teeth on the driven gear by the teeth on the drive gear. For example, if the driven gear has 26 teeth and the drive gear has 18, the smaller gear has to turn 1.4 times for the large driven gear to complete one rotation.
