I was wondering if anyone with fibromyalgia get mottled skin after standing for more than 10 mins? This picture was taken after washing a sink of dishes. My neurologist thought that I might have POTS due to my lightheadedness.

You have what's medically refered to as "mottled skin", and generally, it's not something to be super concerned by. Slow or poor circulation is often the culprit, but it happens for other reasons as well.
