Download the Windows driver for the M2 below. This link provides the Windows driver only. For access to the rest of the software included with your M2, such as Performer Lite, Ableton Live Lite, and the loop libraries, register your M2 to gain access to additional software installers.
3 Ιαν 2022 · Moved my fully working 828 MK2 USB from Mac to Windows 10 with the latest driver (tried the previous one too) and it's a nightmare. Works in ASIO for between 2 and 15 minutes then makes a little noise and the ASIO driver crashes.
13 Σεπ 2020 · Your settings on the Motu M2 should already be optimized if you followed the instructions in our help article on how to install the M2 software driver. But if you're not seeing 3ms reported for Latency, or if you just want to double-check your settings, then click the orange "ASIO Settings" button.
13 Σεπ 2020 · Following are instructions on how to: (1) download the latest/greatest version of the software driver for your Motu M2, and yes it's important that you use the latest version of the driver software; and (2) install the software driver on your Windows computer.
3 Νοε 2022 · Windows sets the default playback device to Output Channels 3 & 4 on M4 interfaces. You will need to go into Windows Sound Settings and manually change the default output to Channels 1 & 2. You need to download and install the MOTU M-Series driver in order to connect with a Windows PC.
8 Μαρ 2023 · I've heard that this is an issue with MOTU and NVIDIA drivers not playing well together. I use the M2 on my windows HP laptop with no problem, but it gets glitchy with my HP desktop (i7, 128Gb of ram so memory is NOT the issue).
