18 Σεπ 2022 · So I decided to buy Motu M2, but I am so confused by its revision and all the different reviews online, let me number some of them. 1. Some say it's the best interface in the price range with a phenomenal DAC (one that Apogee uses), others say its DAC is to avoid.

13 Φεβ 2016 · This is a review and detailed measurements of the Motu M2 Audio Interface (DAC, ADC and headphone amplifier). It is on kind loan from a local member and costs US $179. I previously reviewed Motu M4 which is its larger brother.
The Motu M2 destroys the Avid 20k $ I bought in 2010. If you think you're not be able to do good production with M2, then you should complain about the hundreds of thousands of albums recorded and mixed with Avid systems since the last 20 years.
19 Μαρ 2020 · 500+ Head-Fier. I didn't see this one being metioned. It's not a DAC/amp, it's an audio interface for recording podcasts/music. The good thing about it is, it also doubles as a quite good DAC/amp for the price. And the price is reasonable at 170$.

21 Ιαν 2023 · Active Member. I have the M2, it got rave reviews back when but I'm unimpressed. Sounds clinical, not bad but something is missing. I use the Tascam Model 12 for my recordings, maybe not as super clean but a warm and musical sound that is just right in every way.
