18 Οκτ 2024 · I hate to be a nuisance, but I'm looking to install this when I get home from work today simply so I can stream xvids over Windows SMB. does anyone have a link to a guide explaining how to set this up? I'm very tech savy, I've just never messed with SMB over wifi. Thanks in advance.
Extract the mplayer_ce folder to the apps folder on the SD card. Then run Mplayer_CE with the homebrew channel. See here for how to set up your config files for SMB shares, customising the menu layout in menu.conf, adding input with input.conf and changing default behaviour with mplayer.conf.

4 Νοε 2024 · Mplayer CE is a fork of the Team Twiizers MPlayer port, combining elements of MPlayerWii and GeeXboX. Copy the "mplayer_ce" folder into the "/apps" directory on your sd card and launch it via the HBC. Do not rename the folder.
