The best way to verify that the problem is happening due to MCCC and not other mods/cc is to run the game with only MCCC in the mod folder, and it's best to put it in the mods folder itself and not a sub-folder. Remove all other CC and mods into a temporary folder outside the Sims 4 folder.
26 Ιουλ 2022 · I loaded up my usual file and the mc command center didn't show up. Not when I clicked on my sim, not when I clicked on the mailbox either. I figured maybe I just needed a new version, so I exited the game again and downloaded the most recent version of Mc command center.
This is what the mod's creator has to say about MCCC and the latest patch: Today's patch from EA does not require an update for MCCC. They did not make any script file changes for this update that breaks script functionality. MCCC 4.3.1 is still fully compatible with today’s updated version of Sims 4, PC 1.43.14.1020 / Mac 1.43.14.1220.
I updated the game with MC Command Center 7.0 version installed just after the update and when I ran the game, I wasn't able to save my game anymore (it said "the game is in loading process").

If you are receiving a Last Exception notification when running Sims 4, this is almost always caused by an out-of-date mod or cc (hair, clothing, furniture...could be anything) or a core EA error. The #general_support channel of our Discord server has a lot of people around usually to help with this sort of issue.
For upgrades, leave your mc_settings.cfg, mc_tuner.cfg and mc_dresser.cfg files always as they will automatically be upgraded to new versions without you having to redo all your settings. Also, if you have never created any settings for any of the optional modules, you will not have a cfg file for them either!
