Much better than the star rating would give it credit for. We stopped by and got dumplings, spring rolls, ramen and a sushi plate. All were very good. The ramen was good -- a bit salty - but flavorful and chock full of fresh ingredients include a soft boiled egg. The soup was hot too.

Shoyu is a bit of an escape from the bustling airport, with the bar separating you from the concourse.
