Your answer all depends on the states law on releasing mug shots (if they have a law) and the agencies policies on releasing mug shots.
Either way, you’re looking for data aggregators or people-finder sites. TruePeople Search is a decent one but there are hundreds of others that will each give you different tidbits of information.
Look up the county’s website where you were arrested and search by date, most counties maintain a database available to the public. Google your name. If it’s recent it should pop up.
