If you already have the audio file, you can convert it to mp3 through Audacity. 192kbps is good enough quality and is the highest allowed for ranking so you shouldn't need to search around for a higher quality mp3 unless you want to.

29 Μαρ 2018 · Music Exporter is a program I made for ripping all the .mp3 files from Osu! and outputting them with metadata for Song Title, Artist, Album, Album Artwork etc into a folder. The output takes a long time depending on your computer speed and the amount of maps you have.
17 Μαΐ 2021 · you can usually google it and find a download link in seconds. or you could just use youtube to mp3, it'll be fine most of the time, ignore what others say about quality, it's not a huge deal as most videos use 192kbps audio bitrate and the ranking criteria is limited to that anyway.
