The Music House Museum is a unique establishment in Acme Twp, MI that showcases a collection of historical musical instruments and artifacts. Visitors can explore the museum to learn about the evolution of music and experience the rich cultural heritage preserved within its walls.
The Music House Museum is located on US31 just north of Traverse City, Michigan. Now in their 30th year, the museum presents one of the most unique music museums in America. Ninety-minute tours demonstrate fully-restored mechanical instruments dating from 1870 to 1930.Guest will also see Models of buildings from Traverse City 1930’s era.
Music House Museum houses one-of-a-kind collection of rare antique musical instruments and music-making machines, dating from 1870 through 1930. Tours demonstrate a Belgian dance organ, Wurlitzer Theater Organ, nickelodeons, and music boxes displayed in authentic period settings and a unique musical gift shop.
