Tile over painted, well-bonded surfaces such as drywall (plaster, lightly textured), cement-board, stainless steel, glass, fiberglass, wallpaper, paneling, plywood, laminate and existing tile. Roll coverage: 15-sq ft, 12-in x 15-ft. Suitable for interior projects.

Mat is a pressure sensitive adhesive and does not dry out or lose its stickiness when exposed unless it attracts dirt and dust that will blind over the adhesive. It is best to leave the release liner backing on the mat (or replace the backing on the mat) until you are ready to place the tiles.

Install tile. Support the bottom row of tile with molding, tub edge, countertop, metal strip, tile spacer or similar edge. When placing tile around an outlet, be sure the outlet cover hides the tile edges.
