Activity Details. Time needed: 10–15 minutes. Materials needed: Box or bag. Five things found at home that make you happy. Activity: Sometimes you get a stomach ache because you’re nervous. Or you might feel shy when you’re sad or have a hard time sleeping when you’re angry.
American flag. Girl Scouts make the Girl Scout sign—raising three fingers of the right hand with the thumb holding down the pinky— when they say the Girl Scout Promise. The three fingers represent the three parts of the Promise. Can you say the Girl Scout Promise? It is appropriate to wear your Daisy vest or smock at a Girl Scout Flag Ceremony.
