Log in to access your personal, pay, tax, and benefits information.* New York City employees can access ESS using your seven-digit Employee ID number (found on your pay stub, in the box labeled “Reference #”), at work (http://cityshare.nycnet/ess) or at home (www.nyc.gov/ess).
How do I access ESS? Your User ID is your 7-digit Employee ID/PMS Reference # provided by your agency or found on your pay stub.
Work/Onsite: CityShare at http://cityshare.nycnet/ess. Click “Employee Self-Service” link in the center of the page. Your User ID is your seven-digit Employee ID Number, which can be found on your pay stub in the box called Reference # or by asking your HR representative.
