Sign in or create a My NS Account to access your Records. This one-time set up takes 5 minutes and requires annual renewal to verify your Health Card Number. Your personal health information will be collected and used to create, maintain and display a personal health record you can view under the authority of the NS Personal Health Information Act.
Before you can log in you need to authenticate your identity by registering for a My NS Account. All information will be stored on a secure cloud (server) in Canada and in accordance with international standards for health data.
How can I get access to view my records through the YourHealthNS app? • Click on the “Access Your Health Records” tile, and create or sign in to a My NS Account to access your records. o My NS Account is the Government of Nova Scotia’s secure online service.
